Terms and Conditions


1.Vaccination records and proof of micro chipping must be produced at the start of each stay. The kennels will retain these for the period of boarding in case of inspection. Under no circumstances will any dog or cat without a microchip or current rabies vaccination be admitted unless the owner gives permission for this to be carried out by the local vet. All charges for this will be the responsibility of the owner.

2. Please treat your pet against internal and external parasites prior to entry into the kennels. Should an animal on arrival require treatment for internal or external parasites (fleas, ticks, worms etc) then a charge will be levied for this

3.Should the need arise a vet may be called at the discretion of the proprietors .All fees and charges will be the responsibility of the owner. We will not be held liable for any disease incubating, or any condition existing prior to boarding, or natural death occurring in the kennels. Every effort is made to ensure that only healthy animals are accepted. In the unlikely event of your pet developing a contagious disease while in kennels the authorities advise a 30-day quarantine period. Extra charges for this will be the responsibility of the owner.

4.Any animal left in the kennels for more than 2 weeks beyond the agreed departure date without any contact from the owners will, after every possible effort has been made to contact the owners or persons responsible, be classified as abandoned and removed from the kennels to an official establishment for this purpose.

5.Payment is required in full upon entry. A 25 euro non-refundable deposit for each pet is required in advance. Bookings for Easter or Christmas period must be paid in full at the time of reservation and are non-refundable.. All payments to be made in cash.

6. A daily rate is charged from the day of entry up to and including the day of departure.

7. In the event of owners returning before the end of the period booked the full price will still apply

8. Please bring your dogs on a lead and cats or any other small pets in suitable travelling boxes.

9. We reserve the right to alter charges at any time.

10. Opening hours are 9.30-11.00 and 4.30–6.00 for pick-up or drop-off. Other times are strictly by arrangement only. We are not open on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day.
